Course Description:
An introduction to
interpersonal psychology. Topics include description and analysis of the
relationship between culture, group life, social structures, and human
behavior. Emphasis is on interpersonal communication skills,
self-concept, motives, values, emotions and perceptions. Lecture 2.15
quarter hours.
Prerequisite:
Written Communication (ENG100)

Objectives:

- Establish healthy, realistic self-concepts

Attendance:
Regular
attendance is expected. If students miss a class, they are responsible
for finding out what they missed. Students should also call the office
(277-1000) to report their absence. If students know in advance that they
will be absent, they should inform their instructor.
