Attendance
The attendance roster is available at the front of the classroom during each class session.
- When you enter the class, sign you name and write the time you entered the classroom (on or after the start of the class). If you come early to meet with the instructor or do your class work, write the posted start time of the class: 9:00am, 1:00pm, 6:00pm.
- At the end of the class session you need to write the time you leave the classroom, next to the time you entered. If you leave class early but forget to sign out, your attendance will not be counted for that day.
- Attendance is tracked by the number of minutes that you attend classes over the course of the Mod. A total of 2,400 minutes of class time is possible for each on-campus, regularly scheduled class. (9am – 1pm, 1pm – 5pm, 6pm – 10pm). If you miss 20% or more of class time, you will be at risk of getting withdrawn from ALL classes you are enrolled in during that Mod. 20% of class time is equal to: 8 hours or 480 minutes.
Independent Study Classes:
- When you meet with your instructor for your independent study, you are required to meet for at least 2 hours per week.
- At the time of your meeting, your instructor will provide you with an attendance roster for you to sign, and indicate the time you arrive and the time you leave your meeting. 20% of your required Independent study time is equal to 4 hours or 240 minutes. Independent Studies may be scheduled for more than 2 hours per week. 2 hours per week is the minimum that is required.

Charter Shuttle
Where: Anchor Park (Davenport Field) located north on Lake Otis, 1 block shy of 20th Avenue.
Pick up times (Monday – Thursday): 4:30pm, 4:45pm, 5:15pm, 5:45pm, 6:00pm. The shuttle will do a return trip from Charter College to Anchor Park at 10:00pm.
Full time students must ride the shuttle at least 16 round trips per mod to qualify for a $25 gift card. Part time students must ride the shuttle at least 8 round trips per mod to qualify. There is a sign-in sheet on the shuttle for all riders.
Referral Party

For the morning students, just check out the Student Lounge right after class, from 1pm – 2pm. The drawing for the referral gift will occur at 2pm.
For the evening students, come to the Student Lounge right before class, from 5pm – 6pm. The drawing for the gift will happen at 5:50pm. In either case, must be present to win.
